EXPERIENCE

Charles Olges brings a competitive edge to private equity, shaped by his background as a football player and sharpened through hands-on experience in finance, investing, and entrepreneurship. He approaches opportunities with the same grit and discipline that defined him on the field—driving performance, solving problems, and executing under pressure.

Previously, Charles served as a Data Analyst at Fields Automotive Group, one of the nation’s largest family-owned luxury dealership groups, where he analyzed market trends, customer data, and operational metrics to support business growth. He also co-founded T1Athletes, a nonprofit supporting young athletes with Type 1 Diabetes—a cause personally meaningful to him.

Charles is currently earning his B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation. He is a member of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Workshop, a selective program for aspiring founders and investors, and maintains a 3.98 GPA.

He is focused on building a long-term career in private equity, combining analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for helping businesses grow.
